Balance to Thrive Workshop for Women @ Pacific
Women have a significant circumstance in managing the pandemic lifestyle - the roles have multiplied - employee/employer, teacher, parent, pet sitter, and other responsibilities. How to manage the anxiety, loneliness, and imbalanced mental health when you have so
many balls in the air. This presentation sheds light on these challenges and shares tools that I use daily to ensure I’m performing at my best. My business has grown during this pandemic - not everyone can say this!
